UCORE’s rehab/renovation process begins with evaluating units existing conditions, establishing a units matrix, target budget, project scope, and phasing plan, followed by a style analysis, interior design, samples, mockup unit, scope/pricing/schedule consensus, and standard AIA contract.
Kitchen & Bath interior designs & shop drawings are prepared by UCORE designers for maximum visual impact, superior functionality, and production/installation cost-efficiency.
Cabinetry & Closet Systems are precision-built, packaged, and shipped from UCORE’s domestic and Cambodian affiliates of over 20 years, with each item labeled & loaded to minimize unloading, distribution, and installation time.
Countertops are also precisely manufactured, finished, crated, loaded into containers, and shipped from our equally valued Malaysian affiliate of 16+ years, for efficient unloading, distribution, and installation.
Unit demos & installations follow carefully established plans covering install pace, crew size & accommodations, delivery timing, unloading/storage/staging locations, security coordination, elevator usage timing, air-quality control, cleaning/maintenance, debris removal, dumpster management, Owner review, and turnover.
